INOVA | Software Development Company | Full Stack Engineer (October 2022 - February 2024)
After nearly a decade with Infosoft Group, I decided to take a career break to reorganize and focus on my professional growth. Consequently, I resigned from Infosoft and received a compelling offer from a friend at another software house, which I gladly accepted. I joined their project for a newly established international bank, serving as a full-stack developer and mobile developer.
In this role, I utilized Vue.js for web development and React for client interface on the frontend. For backend development, I employed PHP Laravel and Node.js for web and client admin dashboard. Additionally, I employed React Native for both iOS and Android platforms for mobile development.
Our project infrastructure was hosted on AWS premises, where we implemented CI/CD practices, testing strategies, utilized Jira for project management, and developed RESTful APIs. We also utilized Docker for containerization and microservices architecture for scalability and flexibility. This experience further enriched my expertise in cutting-edge technologies and best practices in software development.
Infosoft Group, Inc. | Full Stack Engineer (May 2014 - August 2022)
I transitioned from a junior developer to a full-stack developer, embarking on a journey that deepened my technical expertise and expanded my professional horizons. In my new role, I had the privilege of joining a highly skilled team in a different department, where we embraced agile methodologies to drive our projects forward.
My focus primarily revolved around JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP, as I delved into various domains such as fintech, retail, ecommerce, health, government, communication, and logistics. On the frontend, I utilized a plethora of technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Vue, Tailwind, Styled Components, Element UI, and Next.js. For backend development, I leveraged frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Nest.js, Laravel, and Symfony. Additionally, I explored mobile development using React Native and Flutter.
Throughout my career as a full-stack developer at Infosoft , I contributed to six major projects spanning frontend and backend development, where I encountered diverse programming principles including domain-driven development, event-driven development, functional programming, and S.O.L.I.D principles.

With these architecture designs, I also gained hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. I explored also cloud services AWS and GCP, primarily focusing on AWS, where I worked with database services such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, RDS, and Firebase. Also, working with TDD unit tests using Jest, Mocha, PHP Unit, and end-to-end tests.
Infosoft Group, Inc. | Junior Software Developer (June 2013 - May 2014):
During my third year of university, I embarked on a practical learning opportunity with Infosoft Group Inc. in Tirana, where I was offered a practice position. Following the successful completion of my practice, I was delighted to accept a junior software engineer contract with the company, marking the beginning of my career in tech.
Joining a dynamic team of professionals at Infosoft, I immersed myself in the world of software engineering, honing my skills and cultivating a strong work ethic. Leveraging my LAMP certification, earned a year or two prior, I primarily focused on PHP development while also delving into JavaScript. During my junior year, I gained hands-on experience with frameworks such as Laravel and React, alongside working with SQL databases.
Two significant projects defined my junior year: one involved collaborating with an entrepreneurship industry, specializing in crafting heavy metal works and car engine parts. The other project entailed partnering with the European Council on a PaaS platform in Paternshim. These experiences allowed me to apply my technical expertise to real-world challenges, furthering my growth as a software engineer and solidifying my passion for technology.
